Policies

Returns

All sales are final. There are no returns for original artwork. (Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred during shipping.) Please feel free to contact me regarding colors, textures and sizes as some computer monitors and hand-held devices show colors differently.  I will elaborate on the colors for you and answer any questions you may have.

 

Shipping

Paintings will ship flat in a sturdy, well—protected cardboard box via UPS and will be fully insured. All shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that any painting that is larger than 48"x 48" will be un-stretched, rolled and shipped with stretcher bars in a tube for re-stretching. You can take to a local framer for re-stretching that will likely cost around $100-$200.

I’m currently based in San Antonio, TX. My studio hours are by appointment only. Please email me at sarah@sarahmillsbailey.com for scheduling.

 

Damaged Artwork

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping you will receive a full refund, including shipping cost if shipped with UPS, if you provide all of the original packaging for the shipper's inspection as well as photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging. . Be aware, the refund will be issued by the shipper and not Sarah Mills Bailey.

 

Please contact me within three (3) days of merchandise delivery date and save the original packaging materials. If you dispose of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.

 

Rights to Images

Sarah Mills Bailey reserves the right to use and sell reproductions of sold work to promote her work. The artist herself retains all reproduction rights. Any artwork may not be reproduced by any process without proof of permission of Sarah Mills Bailey herself.
